THE EASIEST WAY TO RE-PURPOSE YOUR ARTICLES FOR PROFIT

If you aren’t making ANY real money from article marketing,
and are a bit *flummoxed* at the idea of building,
maintaining and nurturing a "list", the EASIEST way to start
is by using ROOT level re-directs.
YES, we’ve covered this before, and YES, it still works
wonderfully well for just about any niche you target, and
can be literally MADE to make money in 24 hours or less.
All you need to do is:
Register a .info domain
Send traffic at it
Set the domain to re-direct to the Offer you like, & keep
track of conversions.
An even BETTER idea?
Rotate affilate cookies in the re-direct itself, sending
*50%* of the traffic to ONE affiliate offer….and the
other half to the next.
(this is a GREAT way to find out which programs convert
BEST for your particular visitors…..OR source of traffic,
i.e. – article marketing, versus Twitter, or blog traffic,
etc)
Try this with CJ.com – for example……you DON’T need to
sell Clickbank products to make this work! (look for
high EPC offers from CJ and they’ll almost TELL you how much
you should expect to earn for EVERY 100 visitors you send)

GETTING SUPER SCALE OUT OF YOUR ARTICLE CONTENT

EZA articles rank super high. So too can some of the
secondary directories like Articlesbase. But if you
TRULY want to get SCALE out of your submissions, you MUST
be using video.
I recommended this service to some of you a few months back,
and it’s been an AMAZING asset to our article marketing
campaigns.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

It turns your articles into VIDEO’S…and will MASS submit
them to tons of video sites, where they can (and DO) rank
super highly, super quickly….and often, on the very SAME
content you already are ranking for with the text based
submissions above.

video *resource boxes*, do a WEE bit of keyword research, &
watch your affiliate TRAFFIC stats go through the roof. (or
at least go UP exponentially over where they are now)
(NOTE: I prefer using .Com’s over .info’s if you use that
approach as the few extra dollars for the domain pays off
whenever you ask someone to manually type in a URL.)
THE TRUTH?
I outsourced a bunch of these a while back in a very small
market…and the videos themselves, are STILL ranking on the
first page of Google for tons of premium keyword phrases
related to the affiliate product I’m pushing, 3 months later.
(and we used my EXISTING articles to do it….no muss, no fuss
and NO more effort to create more content)

Ian, Happy belated New Year! Thank you so much for the pdf, it is really inspiring. Hell, I want to have 5 cups of coffee, NOT sleep next 24 hours and DO things
In theory, I feel like I understand everything you are saying, although I kind of still struggle to make it big online. Anyway, you are by far the best adviser and expert in the field, as others a shameless crooks and idiots with huge egos just looking how to rip off the naive wannabe marketers-affiliates-whatever they like to call themselves. I look forward to more of your advices and wish you all the best in 2010!

Jeez I am just bombarding your blog with comments. Sorry about that, lol. But I like to learn from the best
I’ve had 6 articles with your style approved in the last few days. Now I am just waiting for viewers. How long on average does it usually take to start seeing a good number of viewers for your articles? I will of course continue to write 5+ articles per day for my sites.
Also, does being a Platinum author give you more exposure? I have yet to reach that rank, but I am almost there! Only 3 submissions left.
Hi Jeff – it really depends on the niche…..there is no rule per se OTHER than some of the more pain oriented markets can get tons of clicks very quickly. (so too can sex, dating, etc)
It’s important to remember though – if you are working as an affiliate – oftentimes the huge amounts of views are not nearly as profitable as they may appear. Some of those straight redirects, for example, in the more salacious markets can convert at 1/500 – and if you get 10,000 views – and 2000 (20%) click through…..that’s not a ton of sales, or money. (maybe a few hundred bucks at best)
For this reason – I do recommend you sell your own stuff eventually- OR build a list on the articles in the more competitive markets that do get a lot of views. (I think you had mentioned before that you were in one of those)
But – again – there is no rule – and some of my most profitable campaigns that are article marketing driven (which isn’t a ton anymore) get very small amounts of views – but in very “tight” niches that convert much better than the broader, firehose sort of numbers many people show off on EZA – because the keywords are “buy” oriented from jump in the titles…..and the resource boxes.
As far as Platinum goes – yes – I’m sure there are a bevvy of benefits that EZA will list – but I have sort of a bull in a china shop mentality when it comes to article marketing as an affiliate- I only care about quantity/conversion – and less instrested in all of the little author accolades they bestow on platinum members.
(although I always appreciate the free coffee mug at Christmas..;-)
Ok cool, thanks for the detailed response. I went to the super market yesterday and picked up one of those women health type magazine because I just couldn’t resist this headline it had. A few people in the checkout line thought it was strange that a 24 year old guy was buying it…
But yea, that just gave me so many ideas. So many different magazines for so many niches on those magazine isles. I think anyone could grab a magazine, get tons of headline ideas from them, and build a simple page for those niches. This is definitely my next project for sure.
Jeff – I not only do the same thing – I think most people who write copy buy those sorts of magazines on a pretty regular basis. (it’s one of the very few circumstances where you really CAN say…..”I’m buying this magazine…….just for the articles..;-)
