Get Good Karma, Baby! If this is your first visit...why not subscribe to my RSS feed and make sure you stay up to date with killeronline marketing tips, tricks and tweaks I dare you to find anywhere else for FREE!

themeshaper.jpgFor those of us who are ADDDICTED to registering domain names for all of those 4am lightbulb moments, only to find yourself accumulating unused registered domains in your registrar account portfoliio…this is an idea I absolutely love.  Ian - from themeshaper ( gotta love a guy with a great name..;-) has released a beautiful "landing page" for your next great bright idea that ain't quite ready to see the bright light of the main marquee.  And of course, it stops your web host/registrar from running those pesky contexual ads all over your undeveloped virutal real estate while you get your ideas, and ass, in gear.  It's totally free, looks great, can be configured for a feedburner notification within the template which is great for product launches - you can very simply send people over to the site, have them sign up for a pre-notification on a special service, offer or widget…allowing you to build a readership, without even building a blog.  Actually, for those of us busting our rear ends trying to accomplish the same…it almost doesn't seem fair..

Short of actually taking the time and setting and configuring your Wordpress blogs the right way ( with content) this is a brilliant and aesthetically pleasing way of letting folks know - stuff is coming soon, and building some anticipation quite easily for it before it does.  And not only does it look a whole hell of a lot better than most other landing pages you might construct for similar purposes…it's free to boot and can be set up in less time than it took me to post this.  ( 4 minutes and 32 seconds - but I've been drinking since around noon which always slows me down)
